We use this time to meet with you on site (if applicable) to discuss your project, event, goals, priorities and specific needs.
We also use this time to clarify your budget and discuss our fee structure.

We arrange to study the effectiveness with regard to (place – date- time) and design the necessary plans for the event site. After that, we study the necessary need for resources (lighting – screens – booths – theaters – recording services … etc.)
