Project Overview
A full turnkey renovation of the Media Center Hall at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU), transforming it from a legacy space into a modern, multifunctional media and broadcast facility.
The scope spanned both civil/interior works (walls, ceiling, flooring, decoration) and technical systems integration (LED/LCD screens, sound system, podcast room, FM200 Fire Fighting System, HVAC and electromechanical works), unified under a single content and screen-operation software platform — delivered end-to-end in 6 months.
Our Role
Creativity Experts acted as the turnkey contractor and audiovisual systems integrator, managing the project from design coordination through final handover:
- Renovation of walls, ceilings, and flooring
- Architectural finishes and decorative elements
- Supply and installation of large-format 120 m² LED screens and LCDs
- Supporting structures, power connections, data cabling, and signal distribution
- Integration of air-conditioning, firefighting, and electromechanical systems
- Supply, installation, and calibration of the professional sound system
- Development of a fully equipped podcast room
- Installation and configuration of screen-control and content-operation software
- Testing, commissioning, and system-performance verification
- Training university staff to operate all systems independently
